We will arrange coach transfers from Cluj to the wedding venue for all guests who need it. We kindly ask all other guests to aim to arrive at the accommodation between 4:00–5:00 PM.

Upon arrival, guests will check in and be guided to their rooms. As explained in the Q&A section, guests will be staying either at Conacul Secuiesc itself or at a nearby accommodation, located approximately 5 minutes away by car. Transportation between the two locations will be provided for the welcome dinner on Friday, as well as for the wedding ceremony and celebrations on Saturday.

After all guests have arrived, the bride and groom will welcome everyone with a dinner at the Conacul Secuiesc restaurant. Traditional Romanian dishes will be served, together with Romanian wine. To warm up for the wedding celebrations, some fun activities will also be planned.

Breakfast is included and will be served until 11:00 AM on Saturday (the wedding day). Guests are welcome to have breakfast at any time that is convenient for them. Guests staying at the other accommodation will be served breakfast there.

At around 1PM, we will begin the wedding with a humanistic ceremony taking place outdoors, followed by Clarisa & Cosmin’s vows. Afterwards, traditional Romanian "cozonac" will be served, along with prosecco. This will be a lovely moment for photos with the newlyweds in the outdoor setting. From 3:00 PM until midnight, we will continue the celebrations with food, drinks, music, dancing, and a few fun and interactive moments throughout the day. This will be a relaxed and joyful part of the wedding, with plenty of time to eat, dance, and enjoy the atmosphere together.

All guests should check out by 11:00 AM. A coach will be available to take guests back to Cluj for anyone who needs transportation.
